Exhibit · docenta for insurance professionals · The claim file

A claim is a story told across mail, photos and forms. Ask it as one.

Adjuster notes, the policy, the FNOL form, the photos with their timestamps and locations, three months of mail with the insured and the shop. docenta holds them as one collection and answers with the receipt. On your machine, not a vendor cloud.

What docenta does for insurance professionals

Photos are evidence too.

The image lane keeps camera, time and location from every photo, so "the pictures from the day it happened" is answerable. Scanned forms go through OCR and are cited by page.

A timeline you did not have to build.

Entity cards and timelines across mail, forms and notes: who said what, when, in which document. Conflicts between sources are shown, not smoothed over.

Files stay where regulation wants them.

Local-first, no upload, originals never copied. What docenta derives stays beside the files and exports on demand.

docenta indexes what is on the machine or in the mailbox you connect. It does not connect to carrier systems.
